Ms. Anderson practiced at the law firm of Archbald & Spray, LLP for 11 years, over four of which she participated as a partner in the firm. She handled various types of cases, including personal injury, professional negligence (medical, dental, legal, broker/real estate), construction defect, and toward the end of her tenure there, handled almost exclusively employment related litigation. She participated in all aspects of cases, from pre-litigation through appeal. She gave generously of her time to many non-profits and was a frequent speaker for many organizations on employment related topics.

Over the course of her practice, she also frequently served as Judge Pro Tem/Settlement Master and acted as an arbitrator for Santa Barbara and Ventura Superior Court cases.
