Disputes involving partnership dissolutions and allocation of assets ranging in value from $20,000 to $500,000. Presided over 200+ court- ordered mediations involving personal injury, insurance, employment, labor, real estate, probate, construction, wrongful death, business and entertainment. Substantial experience mediating complex real property and construction tort disputes. Successfully resolved a variety of disputes concerning employment issues, including wrongful terminations, trade secret infringements and sexual harassment. 80% of mediations resulted in settlements.
   

Experience: Prior to professional mediating, primary experience was as

an entertainment industry producer and production manager. Handled complex negotiations, contractual matters and operational issues involving talent, crews, locations, equipment, travel insurance and permits. Managed and administered above-the-line talent such as actors, directors production designers, editors, score composers and below-the- line staffs of 50 to 150 crew members whose terms of employment and activities were circumscribed by contractual obligations to over 30 unions and guilds.
