$500 will be charged for mediations canceled
within 48 hours of scheduled commencement. |

| Additional information: |
I do not have a set style of mediation
for all cases. I try to assess the individual needs of each case and
to tailor the mediation process to fit those needs. In the interest
of efficiency, I ask that the parties provide me with briefs and other
information in advance, so that I understand the issues before the
mediation starts. I also request that the attorneys explain the process
beforehand so that I do not have to spend the parties' funds to do
this. I try diligently to understand the positions of the parties
and the relevant facts, and to treat all parties and attorneys respectfully.
