I have been appointed
by four judges as a special master for discovery disputes involving
toxic cleanup, real estate, contract and tort cases. I have been appointed
special master in two condemnation cases involving public entities;
and I have been appointed special master in a dissolution matter.
I presented Continuing Education classes in the 1987 California
Discovery Act in the 1980's and 1990's.
