for mediating only unless counsel requests preparation, e.g., reviewing
briefs.

Cancellation Policy:
A $250 fee is charged for failure to appear, failure to give timely
(3 working days) notice of change prior to scheduled mediation,
or failure to bring appropriate client or insurance company representative
with settlement authority
Payment Responsibility:
Parties share in the expense for the mediator’s time.
Cancellation fee is charged to appropriate parties. Payment
expected at the conclusion of the mediation.
