Cancellation Policy:	$350 forfeited if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to scheduled start of evaluation unless new date is confirmed by all parties within that time period.
Payment Responsibility:	Written fee agreement, to be signed by parties and counsel. Attorneys and clients shall be jointly and severably responsible for payment of fees.

Additional Information:	Mr. Fox is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law (certification by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization). He is a former judicial attorney for the Honorable Justice Arthur Gilbert, now presiding justice of the Second District Court of Appeal, Division Six in Ventura. In addition to his appellate experience, Mr. Fox has many years of civil litigation and trial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and frequently serves as a Judge Pro Tem for the Santa Barbara Small Claims Division.
