          After 18 years on the Ventura County Superior Court bench, Joe D. Hadden is utilizing his considerable experience to resolve disputes as a neutral. Since his retirement in 1999, Judge Hadden has mediated hundreds of cases to resolution. In addition to personal injury, business, employment, real estate, family law and probate disputes, he has successfully mediated complex construction defect cases involving over forty units. He continues to enhance his knowledge and skills by attending continuing education courses in all areas including construction defect and advanced mediation training. He is liked and respected by attorneys and participants.
