For his entire 22 year professional career, Mr. Hyman (who is "AV" rated) has focused his practice on business, corporate and real estate law performing both transactional and litigation work. During this time, he has amassed extensive trial, mediation and arbitration experience involving an array of complex matters. He is currently a Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles Municipal Court. His litigation practice has spanned the state, federal (including bankruptcy) courts, American Arbitration Association, and even disciplinary hearings before the Hollywood Park Board of Stewards. He has negotiated and drafted agreements touching many aspects of business relations and is therefore an advocate of precise wording, formulation and structure. During his career, Mr. Hyman has represented a variety of clients ranging from individuals, financial institutions and international companies, to television commercial and music video producers, soil engineers and condominium associations. |
