Mr. Kichaven
is a Member of the Governing Council of the American Bar Association’s
Section of Dispute Resolution and a Member of the State Bar of California
ADR Committee. He is also Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University
School of Law, and Past Chair of the ADR Section of the Los Angeles
County Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker and writer
on ADR and Civil Litigation subjects for the American Bar Association
and numerous other organizations. His 1996 article, “Mediation
is Not for Sissies,” is one of the most frequently reprinted
essays in the ADR field. |
