Chairman of the Board and CEO for National Psychiatric Centers, Inc., a privately owned hospital management company where he guided the company through two private offerings, attracted substantial venture capital and was responsible for contract negotiations and acquisitions. Co-founder of SDS Management Services, Inc., a management consulting company which provided creative and cost effective solutions to business problems. SDS was sold to Petrolane, a NYSE listed company where Joel served as VP of Petrolane's health care and Raleigh Hills Hospitals subsidiaries.
