Mr. Lauritsen has been a resident of Santa Barbara since 1964. He has represented individual and business clients as both plaintiff and defense counsel in courts throughout California since 1981. Clients have been represented in wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and other bodily injury matters as well as a variety of insurance coverage and real property matters, defamation and malicious prosecution actions, and business related torts. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Southern California Mediation Association.
