Bob Lovett has
had over 40 years of business ownership experience, has been a licensed
California real estate broker since 1976, an arbitrator panelist for
the American Arbitration Association for over 15 years, a mediator
of the EEOC and the California Association of Realtors. He holds AB,
MBA, and Ph.D. degrees. He works well with principals and attorneys
alike, understands what he is doing, has as grasp of relevant legal
issues, conducts mediations in a friendly, but orderly, fashion, has
a good sense of humor, enthusiasm and is always optimistic that practically
any issue can be mutually resolved through mediation if the parties
are willing to work at it. |
