A Note About Photos

We welcome a photo or two on your biographical statement page, but request that you follow these guidelines:

1. 1 or 2 photos are permitted on your biographical statement page
   
2. 72 dpi resolution (this is standard screen resolution for the web)
   
3. All photographs should be in JPEG* compression
   
4. If you are including only one photo with your bio, please reduce the image size to at most 30KB. If you are including 2 photos, each image is not to exceed 15KB in size.**
   
5. Please be aware that the CADRe website does not include logos, line art, or hot links to other sites.

**If you are unfamiliar with or do not have image-editing software available to you, you can send your unedited image file (separated from your text) to the CADRe office via email or on a floppy disk. We will gladly edit and optimize the file for you. Please indicate the placement of the image(s) within your bio. You may wish to send a composite file to indicate the size and placement of the images within the text.
