Charles E. Rumbaugh is a former government regulator/attorney, corporate attorney/executive, educator, private judge, and electronics engineer. He received a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, an Advanced Management Program Certificate from the University of Southern California School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California (Los Angeles). Mr. Rumbaugh is a Harvard Law School, Program of Instruction For Lawyers, certified mediator as well as trained by Pepperdine University School of Law, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, in Advanced Mediation Strategies and Advanced Mediation.
Mr. Rumbaugh is the past Corporate Director of Contracts & Pricing for Lear Astronics Corporation where he was responsible for the contracts, pricing, and business management functions. Earlier he was Assistant to Corporate Vice President, Contracts and legal counsel at a major business unit for the former Hughes Aircraft Company providing a spectrum of advice on critical high value international contracting/purchasing/real estate transactions. Before joining Hughes he was Corporations Counsel for the California Department of Corporations (Office of Business Oversight) and earlier he was an electronics engineer. Recently, he has also been a speaker in SE Asia educational arena on business aspects, international/commercial negotiation, international trade, and ADR. |
