Potential hearing room cost if held outside of attorney's office and court facilities. No charge for travel time in southern Ca. (includes Santa Barbara)


2 hours of mediation, plus agreed upon costs due 14 days prior to mediation.

Cancellation Policy:

Funds forfeited if canceled within 1 week of mediation; 50% credited if original mediation is rescheduled.

Payment Responsibility:

Joint and several responsibility of counsel and their clients.

Lucille has over 20 years of legal and general business experience. She is a Ca. licensed attorney, (JD), a certified mediator and she holds a Ca. real estate license, in addition to her AA and BA degrees. She works well with attorneys and principals and is held in high esteem by both plaintiffs and defendants. She has extensive credentials in the ADR process including certification by the Harvard Law School and by the LACBA-DRS program; she has advanced training with AAA and the American Bar Assn.

Lucille has been described as having the ability to immediately grasp the legal issues, resolve the "irresolvable" and proceed with the ADR process expeditiously. She conducts mediations in a friendly, informal fashion and is known for her patience, understanding, perceptiveness and most of all for her excellent resolution rate.
