Cancellation
Policy:
Deposits
will be refunded if the matter is settled or continued and written
notice is received fifteen (15) days in advance of the scheduled mediation
date. The mediator will do his best to provide a refund to the extent
that other matters are scheduled and heard within the reserved time.
